Great condition 90s GT Outpost all terrain bike. It's a 90s rigid chromoly steel mountain bike with chunky 26 inch wheels and tires, ready to take on gravel and singletrack and could be a great bike for getting around town and even weekend bikepacking trips.
Size
Good fit for someone about 5'8"-5'11" or so, depending on proportions
52cm frame (center of bottom bracket to center of top tube)
57 cm reach (top tube, center of seatpost to center of head tube)
81 cm standover height (we recommend about 1-2" of standover clearance for a comfortable fit)
Frame
Ishiwata chromoly steel frame, made in Taiwan. Red paint with yellow and blue-green accents. Minor scuffs but no dents and little wear for its age.
1 bottle cage mounts.
Eyelets/braze-ons on frame and fork for mounting fenders and/or a rear rack. Plenty of tire clearance for big tires, and/or fenders.
Drivetrain
3x6 speed Shimano Exage Country drivetrain - derailleurs, triple crankset, and integrated brake levers/thumb shifters.
Great gearing for going up and down Seattle hills.
Headset, stem, handlebars, brakes
Original black headset, matching red stem wiht cable stop, silver GT wide bars with a slight backsweep. Black Shimano Exage country cantilever rim brakes and brake levers.
Wheels/tires
26 inch wheelset with Araya aluminum rim brake rims and black hubs. 26x2.0" cushy, knobby black tires. Good for bumpy city streets and trails.
Saddle, Seatpost
Original seatpost, silver, and newer black Liv saddle with some cushion.
Accessories/upgrades
Kickstand, black bottle cage, black Blackburn Mtn Rack, and the original reflectors.
Pedals
We take pedals off for storage but will include basic flat pedals depending on what we have available at the time of sale.
